Note for the Executive Declaration and Legislative Resolution:

Both of these are large files which download correctly, however the Word documents look and print much clearer than the Adobe version.  For copies of the Certificate of Proclamation or Legislative Resolution, you can also return back to those individual pages of this web site, then position your mouse over the image, right click and select copy, saving the .JPG image on your own hard drive.

All of the rest of the files are small files and download and print correctly in either version.
